The holidays are upon us and unfortunately cold & flu season often goes hand in hand with that! Here is a tasty Holiday Hot Toddy recipe that can help soothe flu and cold symptoms:
Holiday Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
- Tea (we recommend chamomile or Sleepytime but you can use any!)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Generous Spoonful of Bee Great Cinnamon Honey Spread
- 1 Shot Whiskey
Directions: Steep 1 cup tea very strongly. Stir in juice of 1 lemon, 1 shot of whiskey, and a generous spoonful of Bee Great Cinnamon Honey Spread. Adjust to your tastes! Drink at bedtime when you’re sick! You can also substitute our Ginger Lemon Honey Spread, one of our Barrel Flavored Honeys, or just plain raw honey if you do not want the cinnamon!
