Returns

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Gifts
Only the original purchaser may return a product. If you received a gift and would like to return it for any reason, please ask the original purchaser to request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping
To be eligible for your money back, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. You pay the shipping. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product, we will be happy to ship another to replace it. We pay the cost of shipping if you allow us to replace the item without a money back refund. To be clear: If you want your money back, you pay to ship the item back to us. If you want us to replace the item, we pay the shipping to send the replacement to you. All money back refunds require you to return the item to us in its original condition, and you pay the shipping.

If you are shipping anything valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
