It's a blend of grandpa Mullins' black locust trees and field of wild black raspberries that results in this delicate, white honey with a much lighter taste than darker honeys you find in big box stores.
Wild Raspberry Blossoms
The color and flavor of all honey depends on the blossom from which the nectar was extracted. Bee Great honey is generally mild in taste, but the lighter the honey is, the lighter the flavor will be. The mild taste of Bee Great white honey is exceptional for sweetening tea and coffee, baking cakes and cookies, and adding to pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, toast, smoothies, yogurt, English muffins, and bagels. Through an all natural, controlled process, we crystalize our white honey to make it easier to spread and less messy.
