This is the Best Pure Raw Honey you can find anywhere. We only sell unpasteurized honey, so we never heat it to high temperatures, which denatures the beneficial enzymes. It's delicious raw honey, which means it goes straight from the hive into the bottle. It is unfiltered honey, which causes it to crystalize because all natural honey crystalizes. I bought some honey powder for morning matcha latte. They added these as a freebie and I am hooked. I have never had a hard candy just taste like someone pouring fresh honey onto my tongue then the honey center is a pure delight. I dunno if this is better than high end chocolate but both improve my mood in minutes. Love these.
