WHAT IS HONEY SPREAD (CREAMED HONEY)?

Honey Spread is a smooth, spreadable form of raw Indiana wildflower honey. It is naturally set and never whipped. Honey Spread is also known as creamed honey or honey butter.

It is simply honey with a controlled crystal structure that creates a smooth, spreadable consistency without additives or heat. The process begins with raw honey that has naturally crystallized. Those crystals are crushed smooth and then blended back into liquid honey and gently stirred together. As the honey sets, the fine crystals guide the honey into a smooth, paste-like consistency instead of forming large, jagged crystals.

This honey is not whipped. No air is added. No heat is used.

All Honey Spread is made with raw, unfiltered Indiana wildflower honey. Because it is raw honey, natural enzymes are preserved and flavor reflects seasonal nectar sources. Color and taste may vary by batch.

Flavored Honey Spreads are made by blending all-natural flavorings, typically oils and extracts, into the honey during the creaming process. The flavor is evenly distributed while maintaining the same smooth, spreadable texture.
