๐ŸŽ†๐Ÿ— 4th of July Bee Great Cajun Hot Honey Grilled Chicken Skewers

Smoky, juicy chicken skewers glazed with Bee Great Cajun Hot Honey โ€” bold, spicy-sweet flavor perfect for backyard BBQs and fireworks.

๐Ÿ” Ingredients (Serves 4โ€“6)

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1.5โ€ cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Glaze:

3 tbsp Bee Great Cajun Hot Honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Instructions

1. Marinate chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours refrigerated).

2. Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together Bee Great Cajun Hot Honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

3. Assemble skewers:
Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between pieces for even cooking.

4. Grill:
Preheat grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10โ€“12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

5. Glaze & finish:
In the final 2โ€“3 minutes, brush generously with the honey glaze and let it caramelize slightly. (Reserve extra glaze for drizzling when serving.)

6. Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro, and serve with grilled corn, watermelon salad, or a creamy slaw.

๐ŸŽ‡ Festive Tip:

Thread skewers with red bell pepper, white onion, and blue potato chunks alongside the chicken for a patriotic look!

Serve with mini American flags on top for a fun display.
