How to Use:
Bee Great crystalized honey bee pollen could not be easier to use. If you eat it right from the container, it is crunchy with no taste but a floral after taste. We recommend simply sprinkling 1/4 teaspoon each day in your cereal, granola, oatmeal, smoothie, or whatever your favorite food happens to be. Add it to your favorite muffin or pancake recipe before baking.
We love our bees, and we would never harm them. Honey bee pollen is gathered from a screen at the entrance of the hive that gently sweeps some of the pollen from their legs as they enter the hive.
